Do you accept insurance? No. We do not take insurance at Miss Lou Restore Health & Wellness. The majority of services are not reimbursed by insurance. We will be pleased to provide you an invoice to send to your insurance provider.

What does a new patient need to know? You will receive a packet of paperwork to fill out and sign on your computer or phone after we receive your appointment booking and confirmation. In order to give us time to review your papers before your initial visit, we ask that you complete these before your appointment.
